Jasmijn strives to flavor her classes with kindness by emphasizing individual adjustments and offering different levels for different bodies. They are breath-oriented, intense, yet grounding at the same time. An active meditation student herself, she integrates a meditative style of teaching into her classes where there is more stillness in between -and in- postures, to allow more body awareness.
Jeanine Smit
Although she still loves her Ashtanga practice she ventured out and discovered her softer side with Yin Yoga and now feels that the two styles are a perfect mix to bring balance to her life. She has also been an avid runner since 2000 and loves combining her yoga and running practice. You can also experience hot and aerial yoga with Jeanine.
Jorien Langedijk
Jorien began her yoga journey when she moved to Utrecht in 2012. What once started solely as physical exercise, has now become a lifestyle.
After exploring several styles, it was vinyasa yoga that resonated most with her. She graduated from the Yoga Moves vinyasa teacher training in 2017 and became a certified Prana Vinyasa teacher in 2019.

Karissa Tartaglia
Believing in the body as a reflection of the mind, emotions and spirit, Karissa’s classes invite students to explore their inner landscapes, from moment to moment, from breath to breath. She sees yoga as a conduit for emotional processing, as a way to establish inner and outer connection, and a playful reminder to find joy in the process of learning and growth. Whether guiding an uplifting Hot Hatha practice, a flowing Vinyasa session, or a mindful Slow Flow, Karissa guides students to tune into their body’s innate intelligence, using their felt sense paired with their breath, to ground in the present moment.

Kasper spent the majority of his time practicing yoga throughout his twenties and thirties. He learned to understand his own body & mind through clear teaching. In his classes he will always try to give simple foundations, honest timing and welcome you to listen to your body.

Liliana Nuño
Liliana Nuño is a Yoga teacher and Somatic researcher born in Argentina. She was a professional dancer, dance teacher and choreographer in Buenos Aires in the 90s. She has been studying and transmitting her experience in Hatha Yoga, based on equanimity, for over three decades. She practices Vipassana Meditation for more than thirteen years.

Margit Magi
Margit's yoga journey began in 2013 while living a dynamic life in London - days were filled with work, social engagements, and travel adventures. It was during this time that she joined weekly Ashtanga classes at her local gym, initially with little knowledge of yoga's profound depth. It didn't take long for her to become captivated by the practice, and Mysore style Ashtanga soon became her daily ritual.
Marilou van Hoek
With love and passion, Marilou offers a variety of yoga classes: Ashtanga Led, Mysore and Primary Series. She also teaches Pranayama workshops and classes at Yoga Moves and other yoga studios. Her classes are fun and inspirational, allowing space for growth both on and off the mat. And she offers her own Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training.

Maszena loves teaching flow yoga as a movement meditation, where you move consciously in the rhythm of the breath. Breath awareness is for her an essential tool to create a state of presence and grounding. Known for her creative yet balanced sequencing, she keeps an good eye on alignment and accommodates different levels into her classes.
Maurice Eikmans
In his yin and vinyasa classes, Maurice helps you find stillness from within. You can connect with your body and mind through feeling and being more at one with your environment. Now and then, he shares authentic stories to lead you through longer held yin poses or to bring focus into an active flow sequence. Maurice loves to teach both indoor and outdoor to integrate the earth element. Besides teaching yoga, Maurice also holds mindful and meditation sessions for corporations.
