Marjolein Bredie

Marjolein strongly believes in the power of rest. The human body is pretty amazing, especially if you give it time to regenerate regularly. Restorative yoga is one of the most helpful tools to calm down the nervous system and find more balance in a busy world.

Marjolein loves to share this with you. In her classes, gentle breathing and movement prepare you for deep relaxation in the restorative yoga postures. During class, she’ll remind you to do less and look for comfort in the pose.

Her own journey into yoga started with stronger practices like ashtanga and vinyasa. When an injury nudged Marjolein towards the more gentle forms of yoga, she discovered restorative yoga. She absolutely loved the accessibility of the practice. Everyone can do it. 

Rest to renew your body and mind

Marjolein was trained as a vinyasa yoga teacher at Yoga Moves (300+ hours) and completed the Restorative Yoga Teacher Training (50 hours) with Lizzie Lasater.
