  • Fill out the form via this link to change, pause or cancel your subscription.

  • To book or cancel a class, go to your Yoga Moves account, or use the Yoga Moves app. Search for your booked classes; here you can cancel or change it.

    Good to know: your Starters Card starts on the moment of your first booked class. So after you made your first booking, it's not possible to book a class before that moment.

  • If you were unable to use your class card credits before the expiration date, you can easily extend your card by 30 days. You don't need to provide a reason – you can simply request the extension.

    To extend your class card, go to your Yoga Moves account, or use the Yoga Moves app. Then navigate to the "Passes" section and purchase the class card extension.

    Please note that we process class card extensions manually, so it may take up to 5 business days for the extension to become effective.

    You can extend your class card at any time, up to 30 days after the card has expired. The extension will be valid for 30 days from the date it is processed.

  • Our yoga classes start at a fixed time and are group classes. We aim to provide everyone in the class with the same experience, which is why the classes begin at the designated time. If people arrive late and the class has already started, it can disrupt the experience for the other students. If you arrive too late to the studio, the door may be closed. We strive to start the class on time, and if the teacher is already in the practice space and the door is closed, you may not be able to participate in the class.

    We intentionally ask you to be present about 10 minutes before the start of the class, but not much earlier. This allows us to prepare the practice space for the class, which may involve tidying up, cleaning, or adjusting the lighting or heating. If you arrive too early, you may need to wait until the door or the practice space is available. The practice space is accessible about 10 minutes before the start of the class.
