The Benefits of Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is a form of yoga that is practiced in a heated room, around 32 degrees. The heat helps to warm up your muscles and increase flexibility, allowing you to go deeper into poses and get a more intense workout. It's like doing regular yoga, but with a sauna-like twist!
