Introducing: XL Series
New at Yoga Moves: XL Series of workshops with topics that make you curious to learn more!
During the Covid pandemic, we had to get super focused on surviving: Since a few months, life seems to feel more and more expansive and open.
With this in mind, we thought it time to introduce a fresh way to offer ways to grow and learn.
Thus we are launching our new XL Series of workshops. These are 2-3 hour workshops that will explore your yoga, your mind, your heart in more depth than you might be able to do in class, at an affordable price (only €29), with our top teachers.
In class there is less time to go into details about many important yoga concepts and practices. These workshops are meant to take a topic and expand it so you can really understand it more. When you take that learning with you and back to your practice, you will surely find a big leap in both your body awareness, your emotional awareness and of course mental knowledge.
LEARNING IS FUN - make sure you plan a date with yourself and sign up for a couple XL workshops!
We have already planned a number of workshops on topics that might be of interest. Don’t be afraid to try something that sounds hard: our teachers will help you understand the mechanics of your body and help you learn: step by step HOW you can approach postures or practices that at first seem strange or out of reach.
