This workshop blends yoga and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to unravel the layers of stress stored in your shoulders, helping you release tightness and shift unhelpful thought patterns.

Sheng will guide you through a therapeutic yoga sequence focused on opening the shoulders, upper back, and neck, using movement and breath to release deep-seated stress. You’ll also engage in CBT-based writing exercises, identifying how mental stress contributes to physical tightness—and how to break this cycle.
