Join our certified breathwork coaches in this transformative class where we explore how much influence your breath can have on your body and mind.
Step out of the daily rat race for a moment and reconnect with yourself. Get out of your head and into your body. This experience helps reduce stress, release emotions, and promote personal growth. Whether we realize it or not, we tend to store a lot of tension and emotions in our bodies.
Each session begins with gentle movements and stretches to prepare the body before diving into breathwork.
What to expect in Alec’s classes: While each week may offer a variety of breathing techniques, you can expect to be guided into a deep experience that can help reduce stress, boost energy, and enhance overall well-being., guiding you into a deep experience that can help reduce stress, boost energy, and enhance overall well-being.
Expect activating techniques like the Wim Hof Method, along with other soothing practices that you can integrate into your daily life to feel better throughout the day.
What to expect in Joram’s clases: Through active, connected breathing, we tap into our bodies and subconscious, letting go of what no longer serves us and reconnecting with our inner strength. In these lessons you will be guided by beautiful music. Sometimes Joram may provide headphones for a unique immersive experience.
Some breathwork techniques can be intense, so this class may not be suitable for those with high blood pressure, panic attacks, epilepsy, or pregnancy. No prior experience is necessary, but please come prepared for a potentially powerful and confronting journey. We provide a safe and supportive environment for whatever arises.

In these lessons you will be guided by the teacher and beautiful music. Sometimes the teacher may provide headphones for a unique immersive experience.
No prior experience is necessary. Breathwork is very safe. There are a few conditions where its recommended to first consult with your doctor or, in some cases, avoid participation. These conditions are: heart issues/high blood pressure, severe psychological conditions, use of strong medications, epilepsy, or pregnancy. We provide a safe and supportive environment for whatever arises. So come, and let yourself be carried away on this unique journey.

HOLOSOMATIC BREATHWORK & STRETCH | with Smaragda (Currently not scheduled in - keep an eye on the schedule from May forward!)
In this breathwork class, we start with some movement and stretching to ground ourselves. Then we tap into the wisdom our bodies hold. Our bodies are incredible storytellers, holding onto the wisdom of every joy and pain we’ve experienced. Even when our minds try to move on, our bodies remember and guide us. Trauma gets stuck in our bodies, at a cellular level. So, to heal fully, we need to pay attention to our bodies too.
Breathing is our link to our bodies and our inner selves. It helps us let go of stored-up and suppressed feelings and emotions. Guided by Smaragda, a trained Trauma-Informed Instructor, participants are encouraged to focus on their breath, allowing it to become deeper and more rhythmic. Through conscious connected breathing (CCB), individuals can access deep-seated, and suppressed emotions, facilitating their acknowledgment and eventual release.
With each breath, we honor how our minds and bodies are connected, finding peace and healing in the process.

Preparation
Bring comfortable, layered clothing.
It's best not to eat 2 hours before the breathwork session.
Contraindications
Pregnancy, epilepsy, detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (including prior heart attack), mental disorders, and a history of aneurysms in the immediate family.
People with asthma should bring their inhalers and consult with their primary care physician and the facilitator.
