XL: Introduction to Mysore Ashtanga

Whether you are new to Ashtanga Yoga or you have been practicing for a while, this XL Workshop will help bring awareness to your Ashtanga Yoga practice, and help you move to the next level - what ever that may be.
Deepen your understanding of this dynamic style of yoga and life changing practice.
Mysore is the city in India where this style of yoga emerged. It implies that you learn how to practice the sequence - in your own time and on your own breath. You do not have to know the sequence in advance. The teacher will guide you - in the traditional way - so you learn it by heart and body. When you practice like this, you will learn to follow your own pace, and also be inspired by others working in their own pace.
Explore the Trishtana (x3) of Ashtanga Yoga: Breath, Bandhas and Drishti. Plus Marilous will explain some postures in greater detail that you would in a regular class. You will start to learn the sequence so you can do it anytime and anywhere and perhaps start to join our mysore practice times!
