Simon Low was co-founder of Triyoga in London, where he was Director of Yoga until 2003 when he founded The Yoga Academy, leading teacher training, study immersions, workshops and rejuvenating yoga retreats around the world. Simon is now based at Santillán Retreat in Spain.
