Sanne van Duijn

Sanne discovered yoga in her mid-twenties as a way to balance an intense career and find some much-needed stillness and connection. Being curious and focused, she immediately dived deeply into it, developing a regular body-mind practice.

She discovered her love for teaching by accident when she joined the Yoga Moves Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2021. She regularly participates in workshops by different international teachers to deepen her understanding of her own practice and the art of teaching. She sees teaching as a way to share the great gifts yoga has to offer.

Her teaching style is soft as well as grounding. In her classes she focuses both on breath and body awareness. She is kind, gentle and supportive. A qualified teacher with an eye for detail and an eye for the individual student. When you practice with Sanne you will always feel welcome, seen and supported. Her warm and accepting nature will make you feel at home. After her class you can expect to feel energized, relaxed and in touch with your own body and mind.
