Simon’s Rise & Shine class fuses several styles in a holistic morning flow sequence that is energising and strengthening as well grounding and focussing.

The class starts with explorative somatic movement and intuitive stretching to ease into your body. As the class progresses Simon offers a dynamic breathwork sequence that is an integration of movement and breath. These dynamic breathwork practices are wonderfully effective to detox and energise. Experience how it feels to breathe new life energy, Prana, into every cell of your body! 


The main body of this class is a balanced and fluid yoga sequence that deeply embodies the connection between breath and movement. You will stretch in all directions as well as strengthen your core. The class closes with a grounding sequence, relaxation and sacred sound to leave you feeling energised, open as well as centered - a great way to start your day.
