Original HOT 38ºC

The Original Hot practice (based on the Bikram series) consists of 26 + 2 asanas practiced in a specific order in a heated room.

Build stamina, flexibility, and strength in this alignment-based, sweaty practice. Infrared heat works directly on your muscles, heating them up from the inside-out. The heat will invite your focus and encourage a more conscious and deliberate experience. Get the many therapeutic benefits including improved skin and muscle function. All levels, from experienced to beginner, will benefit from this practice and leave you with that beautiful
whole-body glow.

Original HOT Hybrid class
The Hybrid class closely follows the Beginners class format of 90 minutes and 26 postures and combines both the beginners' postures with their intermediate variations.
In addition, the hybrid class includes drills for both core strength and for more specific muscle activation with the aim to develop skills to increase accessibility to intermediate postures. The Hybrid class can be regarded as a step between the beginner and intermediate class. It is accessible for new students, those wishing to add some “spice” to their existing practice and students who want to “dip their toes” into the possibilities of the intermediate series.

Original HOT Intermediate Class
The Intermediate class is a fairly new development and is aimed to bridge the big (and daunting!) gap between the traditional beginners' class (90-minute / 26 postures) and the advanced class (2+ hours / 84 postures).
It is similar to the beginners' class format; it is also 90-minutes long and includes the 26 postures. In addition, the intermediate class offers the following;

  • More postures (+/- 50 – 55x)

  • Two themes per class

  • Salutations

  • Flows

  • Progressions

  • Drills.

The intermediate class is suitable for those students experienced in the beginners' class and looking to provide more variety and challenge to their practice whilst building on existing skills and knowledge. Some experience the beginner's series is advised.
